Air Quality Engineering and Climate Research Group
Lead by Dr. Joshua Fu, the ACS Group is based in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Our research focuses on climate change, air quality, and energy using environmental modeling and large-scale simulations. We investigate the impact of extreme events (e.g. floods, heat waves, wildfires, drought) on human health and aim to improve predictions of future trends in air quality and emissions, land use change, and energy demand.
